[If Leon had come across some self help book on his bed, things might have turned out terribly. Only because he would have assumed someone was trying to tell him in a subtle manner that there was something wrong with him.

That of course doesn't mean he isn't suspicious at first of finding something on his bed because Leon is sure he did not leave anything there earlier. He will stare at the pile of books before making the decision of having a closer look. That inspection has him discovering a note with just his name written neatly on it.

Yuri is certainly not responsible for this because he was sure Yuri hates him. Which is fine with him since he doesn't think too highly of the guy, or at least that's what he tells himself. So that only left Macau, right? Is he suppose to thank him? He'll just stand around the room pondering that. He now has a difficult decision to make.]

[Yes, have a text back Norma. This might indicate he just received that letter. He didn't quite throw it away but he left it at the bottom of some drawer so that it would never see the light of day.]

[This too is going to the bottom of some drawer where it shall never see the light of day. At least it won't be lonely as Norma's letter is also there. Perhaps those two letters can become friends because Leon will not be friends with anyone. That would be according to what he says.]

[His cellphone alerts him of a new text but it isn't like Leon to check right that instance. There is never a rush when it comes to such things but when he does finally get a look at his phone, Leon can't help to look at the emoticon with distaste. Whoever showed Chal how to do surely did no value their life highly. However there is nothing he can do about it or would it be reasonable to ask Chal to forget how to use those things? He would give thought to that some other time. He has something more important to deal with at the moment.

The text would remain without a response as he decides to find its sender. Leon can only assume Chal is somewhere in the house meaning it was time to leave the privacy of his room. The door swings open and Leon steps out. It would seem he doesn't have to search too hard to find Chal.]

Wouldn't it have been more practical to ask directly? But anyway, I am well. I am not sure what has you so worried.

[Too bad the ocean is gone because that is where he would have tossed the dress. There is no way he would ever wear something of the sort. He is a man after all, where did Norma get the idea he would even consider wearing that sort of thing? Is she making fun of him now? But wait, wait a minute. What couple thing, he is aware that he will be working on that day but he is not aware of anything beyond that mostly due to lack of interest. Does he want to know about this nomination, that would be a no.

The second note leaves him wondering about more things. There is only one person that fits that description. When did she ever speak to Chal. He can't have anymore of that! Because, well just because! He would deal with the dress another time for now it will be shoved in a bottom drawer along with her notes.]

Of course I won't. I will be working. And I already said this but I'll remind you not to say anymore weird things.

[It's the perfect strike of the start of the evening when Ion goes to answer the door. It certainly isn't something he expects, however, a skeleton- being one is he quite sure that had not moved an inch prior to this moment -is holding out letters for him to take. Ion glances over his shoulder as though that is going to provide him answers. So he just has to settle on taking the envelopes from the skeleton- who welcomes itself in. It just walks right past Ion who turns on the spot.]

Excuse me...

[There were no plans to leave the sanctuary of his room but he couldn't ignore the sound of the doorbell ringing. It is because he knew he is not the only one at home. He also knows that sooner or later someone is bound to open the door so as he rushes out he finds that it is too late. That stupid decoration has already made its way into their house and he can't help to shoot an accusatory glare at Ion.]

Did you have to let it in?

[ and ding dong a rather large package arrives at the door inside is a fairly big cake and then just one earring for him. it doesn't say who it's from or anything, but it's probably obvious... ]

[He totally knows it was Norma. She has been the only person to mention his earring. Besides, that it is only between Ion and her that kept insisting he eat sweets. Didn't he tell them both he didn't like those things? Well, fine. He'll bring it inside but he doesn't see why she would give him anything like this. Nope.]

December 22nd - Secret Santa gift

[Leon will find a package in his mailbox. Inside are some incredibly sweet sugar cookies, the kind that almost melt in your mouth they are so soft, along with a gift card for the Honeybee Cafe in the amount of $20 to get more sweets.

There will also be a single hoop earring and a very frilly thong in size medium.

This thread is to blame for the thong and earring. And Norma is going to get a matching one once the event effects wear off. A short note with very neat handwriting is also enclosed.]

[He can't even send it back (and he would too despite the rudeness of taking such actions against the gift). He instead ignores it for a good part of the day. When he does open it he really does wish he could send it back. But if he can't send it back he can send it somewhere else. Yep, he totally sent everything to that person.]

[ It's the happiest time of the year! That means presents. Lots of presents. Hong Kong will add a few to the pile in the form of his gifts, delivered to your doorstep!

Inside the festively decorated bag, you'll find a small container of gingerbread men, women, and children. Each is uniquely decorated and adorned with icing, gumdrops, licorice, and the odd jelly bean. Don't ask about the jelly beans. The bag also contains a bottle of wine if you happen to be in an adult slot and a bottle of spiced cider for the kiddos. Also in the bag are several small paper cutouts, made from delicate red paper and intended to be pasted in your window. ]

[ Also included for Leon are two tickets to the zoo. ]
